The comments section didn’t stay sweet for long as some followers zeroed in on the girls’ attire — sparking a mini firestorm over teen fashion, modesty, and parenting choices.

“Those dresses are soo [sic] short nowadays! 😳,” one person exclaimed. Another was even more blunt, writing, “Dresses are inappropriate. Way inappropriate.” A third voice chimed in, “Aren’t these kids in high school?? They’re dressed like they’re in their late 20’s.”

O’Connell and Romijn, who tied the knot in 2007, welcomed their daughters on December 28. During a July 2025 appearance on “Andy Cohen Live,” Romijn revealed a unique detail about their household finances. She disclosed that though they keep separate bank accounts, they contribute to a shared “community pot” for their children.
